Malt powder takes the selected high quality malt as raw material, does not add any other material.


2.Application of malt powder

This product richly contains vitamin E, the majority of vitamin B, folic acid and minerals such as calcium,
cuprum, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium and zinc, and other purely natural material,
widely used in infant aggrandizement food, dairy product, aggrandizement dairy dried beverages, breakfast milk,
all kinds of baking food such as biscuits, etc. It can also be used in the malted milk , coffee, cornmeal,
malt extract nugget, coat chocolate matuix, malt extract soda pop, soft drink, medicine, biology substrate, etc.

5.Physical of malt powder
Appearance: light yellow to tan powder, free from foreign matter, allow a little macula which is can be
ground up after dissolving. it's a natural phenomena of a little deposition after dissolving.
Odor: pleasant and characteristically malty.
Taste: mild sweet taste with malt flavor, free from foreign flavors.
