Soy oligopeptide is derived from soybean protein isolate (SPI) by hydrolysis, separation and some other processes. It is a mixture of low molecular weight (200-800Dalton)peptides composed of 2-6amino acids. Soy oligopeptide can be completely dissolved in water for 100%,and has balanced amino acid content.

Corn oligopeptide is extracted from corn protein.
